Video consultation from home

20-minute video call (Google Meet)

A scheduled video consultation with an HPCSA-registered doctor. Ideal for acute illness (flu, sore throat, UTI, skin issues), chronic disease check-ins, and anything that doesn't need a physical examination.

Home Visit

Doctor comes to you

In-person at your address

An HPCSA-registered doctor travels to your home for a full in-person consultation. Best for situations where a physical examination is needed, mobility-limited patients, elderly care, and cases where leaving the house isn't practical.

Continuity of care for existing patients

For patients who've already consulted with HealthHalo. Designed for chronic disease management, prescription renewals, reviewing investigation results, and medical reports.

Medical Aid

Claim through your scheme

Available across all consultation types

Use your medical aid scheme for any of the consultation types above. We submit the claim directly to your scheme with the correct ICD-10 coding. Most major South African schemes are accepted, including Discovery, Momentum, Bonitas, Medshield, Bestmed, GEMS, and Polmed.
